Software for your claim file, and only that.

Radby keeps a homeowner's insurance claim in one organized file, so nothing gets lost between the damage and the final check.

You keep the file. Radby never acts for you.

Radby is an app you use. It holds only what you enter or upload.

EntryWhat Radby is

One organized file, kept by you.

After a fire, a burst pipe, or a storm, you are suddenly running a project you have never run before. Radby gives it one place: a room-by-room inventory with photos and receipts, the deadlines you have been given, a log of every conversation with your insurer, living-expense receipts, and each payment as it lands.

When the file needs to go somewhere, you export it and send it yourself.

Radby is not

  • An insurer
  • An agent or broker
  • A public adjuster
  • An attorney
  • An advocate

It never contacts your insurer, never files anything with them, never negotiates, and never values your loss. Questions about what your policy covers go to your insurer or a licensed professional.

Legend: Radby is software. It does not contact insurers or read policies.

How Radby lays out an inventory: by the rooms of your home.

StudyWhy room by room

Because that is how a home is remembered.

Ask anyone to list what was in their home and they walk through it in their head: the kitchen, then the living room, then the bedroom. Radby follows the same path. Each room holds its own items, photos, and receipts, and shows what it is still missing.

One room at a time is also a pace you can keep on a hard week, one-handed on a phone, from a hotel room or a borrowed car.

Seen from behind, a person holds up a phone to photograph a bookshelf of books, plants, and framed pictures beside a curtained window.
Living room shelf, one photo per shelf

Example, in the app Your kitchen inventory has 34 items and 6 are missing a photo.

Radby points to the next step instead of listing everything at once. When a room is complete, it fills in on your plan.

From the Terms: you own the records you add and can export them or ask for them to be deleted at any time.

ClosetYour records

Your records stay your own.

You own everything you add: inventory items, photos, receipts, notes, conversation logs, and the claim files you export. Radby stores them only to run the service for you.

Radby never sends your records to an insurer or anyone else. You decide where each export goes. It never asks for your insurer or bank logins, because it does not connect to either.

To have your records deleted, write to support@radby.com.
