Welcome to Radby. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radby website located at radby.com and all services offered through it. By accessing or using the website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Company Information
Company Name: Radby
Headquarters: 2810 N Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23294
Phone: (888) 338-9186
Email: support@radby.com
2. Nature of Services
Radby keeps a homeowner's insurance claim in one organized file, so nothing gets lost between the damage and the final check.
Radby is software that helps you organize the records of your own homeowner's insurance claim. You can build a room-by-room inventory with photos and receipts, enter the deadlines you have been given, log your conversations with your insurer, track living-expense receipts, record payments as they arrive, and export a complete claim file to send wherever you choose.
Radby is software only. It never contacts your insurer, never files anything with your insurer on your behalf, never negotiates, and never values your loss. Everything in your claim file is information you enter or upload, and you decide where to send any export.
Radby does not connect to your insurer or your bank and will never ask for your insurer or bank login credentials.
3. Not Insurance, Legal, or Adjusting Advice
Radby is not insurance, legal, or adjusting advice. Nothing on the website or in the service is a recommendation about your claim.
Radby is not an insurer, insurance agent, broker, public adjuster, attorney, or advocate, and does not act for you with any insurer.
Radby does not state or interpret what your policy covers. For coverage questions, contact your insurer or a licensed professional.
Radby does not promise a larger payout, a faster claim, or any claim outcome. Deadline reminders are based only on the dates you enter; you remain responsible for confirming every deadline with your insurer and meeting it.
4. Accounts and Your Records
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You own the records you add to Radby, including inventory items, photos, receipts, notes, conversation logs, and the claim files you export. You give Radby permission to store and process those records only to provide the service to you. You can export your records or ask us to delete them at any time.
5. Home Inventory and Claim File
Home Inventory is free. It includes unlimited rooms and items, photos, receipt uploads, and the claim-readiness checklist.
Claim File is a one-time purchase of $59 per claim for 12 months of access. It adds the deadline tracker with reminders, the insurer conversation log, the living-expense ledger, the payment tracker, and the claim file export. The price is shown before you buy.
Radby earns money only from Claim File purchases. Radby does not accept referral fees, run ads, or place partner offers for contractors, adjusters, or lawyers.
