Questions about price.

Straight answers, including the things Radby will never do.

Is Home Inventory really free?

Yes. Unlimited rooms and items, photos, receipt uploads, and the claim-readiness checklist are free. You do not need a claim to start.

What does "$59 per claim" mean?

Claim File is a one-time purchase of $59 for one claim, with 12 months of access. It is not a subscription. You see the total before you pay.

When would I add Claim File?

When you have an active claim to run. It adds to your inventory the deadline tracker with reminders, the insurer conversation log, the living-expense ledger, the payment tracker, and the claim file export.

Does Radby contact my insurer or send my file?

No. Radby is software. It never contacts, negotiates with, or files anything with your insurer. You export your claim file and decide where it goes.

Will Radby get me a larger payout or a faster claim?

Radby makes no promise about any claim outcome. It keeps your records organized in one file. It never values your loss.

Can Radby tell me what my policy covers?

No. Radby never reads or interprets a policy. Coverage questions go to your insurer or a licensed professional.

Do I need to connect my insurer or bank account?

No. Radby does not connect to either, and it will never ask for your insurer or bank login.

How does Radby make money?

Only from Claim File purchases. No referral fees, no ads, no data sales, and no partner offers for contractors, adjusters, or lawyers.

Will you text me?

Only if you opt in to Radby Account Alerts, and only about your own account: reminders for deadlines you entered, reminders to log a payment or receipt you flagged, export confirmations, login codes, billing receipts, and replies to your support requests. Never promotions. Reply STOP to cancel.
